The terms that apply when you purchase and use digital products from Washington Process Group, LLC.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, digital products, and services offered by Washington Process Group, LLC ("Washington Process Group," "we," "us," or "our") at washingtonprocessgroup.com. By accessing our site, purchasing a product, or using our materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products. These Terms are effective as of July 1, 2026.
Our toolkits are downloadable digital products. They may include templates, workbooks, trackers, policies, procedures, and guidance files delivered electronically for you to download and use.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the internal purposes of the purchasing organization only. This license is intended for the organization that made the purchase.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share with unrelated organizations, republish, rebrand, or commercially sublicense the products or their contents. The materials are provided for the purchasing organization's own internal use and may not be transferred or made available to third parties.
Our products and services do not guarantee certification, compliance, assessment success, audit success, contract award, business outcome, or regulatory approval. Independent certification bodies, assessors, C3PAOs, contracting officers, and government agencies make their own decisions regarding certification, assessment, audit, contract award, and regulatory approval, and those decisions are outside our control. Our materials are tools intended to support your own readiness work.
Information, templates, and materials provided by Washington Process Group are not legal advice, not cybersecurity engineering advice, and not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified assessor, legal adviser, certification body, or technical specialist. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on our materials.
You are responsible for customizing and implementing the materials to reflect your organization's actual processes, operations, and requirements. The products are starting points and structured resources; achieving results depends on how you adapt and apply them within your organization.
Pricing is stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Products are delivered electronically, and access is provided after successful payment through Shopify. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that you can receive and download the delivered files.
Washington Process Group, LLC sells downloadable digital products, including templates, workbooks, trackers, policies, procedures, guidance materials, checklists, planning tools, and related files.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once access has been provided, all sales are final after the download link or digital files have been delivered, except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law.
Refunds are not provided because a purchaser: changes their mind after purchase; decides not to use the product; lacks the time, personnel, technical knowledge, or resources needed to implement the materials; purchases the wrong product without contacting Washington Process Group before purchase; fails to obtain certification; fails an assessment or audit; fails to satisfy a contractual requirement; does not receive a contract award; does not achieve a particular business outcome; experiences a software or file-format issue that was clearly disclosed before purchase; does not properly download or store the files after delivery; or does not customize or implement the materials correctly.
Washington Process Group may provide technical assistance, replacement files, or a corrected download link when: a download link does not function; a delivered file is corrupted; a file cannot be opened using commonly supported software; the purchaser receives the wrong digital product; a material file listed as part of the purchased package is missing; or a file was accidentally omitted from the delivered package.
A refund may be issued when: the purchaser is charged more than once for the same transaction; Washington Process Group is unable to deliver the purchased product; an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is verified; or a refund is required by applicable law.
Requests involving delivery problems, duplicate charges, incorrect files, missing files, or corrupted files must be submitted to yolanda@washingtonprocessgroup.com within 14 calendar days of purchase. The request should include: purchaser's name, order number, purchase date, email address used for the order, product purchased, description of the issue, and a screenshot or error message where applicable.
Washington Process Group reserves the right to review each request and may require reasonable information needed to verify the transaction and reported problem.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

All content and materials offered by Washington Process Group, LLC, including the digital products and website content, are owned by Washington Process Group, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The license granted to you does not transfer ownership of any materials.
Our services and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to your use of the products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Washington Process Group may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force.
