How refunds, replacement files, and technical assistance work for our downloadable digital products.
Washington Process Group, LLC sells downloadable digital products, including templates, workbooks, trackers, policies, procedures, guidance materials, checklists, planning tools, and related files.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once access has been provided, all sales are final after the download link or digital files have been delivered, except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law.
Refunds are not provided because a purchaser: changes their mind after purchase; decides not to use the product; lacks the time, personnel, technical knowledge, or resources needed to implement the materials; purchases the wrong product without contacting Washington Process Group before purchase; fails to obtain certification; fails an assessment or audit; fails to satisfy a contractual requirement; does not receive a contract award; does not achieve a particular business outcome; experiences a software or file-format issue that was clearly disclosed before purchase; does not properly download or store the files after delivery; or does not customize or implement the materials correctly.
Washington Process Group may provide technical assistance, replacement files, or a corrected download link when: a download link does not function; a delivered file is corrupted; a file cannot be opened using commonly supported software; the purchaser receives the wrong digital product; a material file listed as part of the purchased package is missing; or a file was accidentally omitted from the delivered package.
A refund may be issued when: the purchaser is charged more than once for the same transaction; Washington Process Group is unable to deliver the purchased product; an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is verified; or a refund is required by applicable law.
Requests involving delivery problems, duplicate charges, incorrect files, missing files, or corrupted files must be submitted to yolanda@washingtonprocessgroup.com within 14 calendar days of purchase. The request should include: purchaser's name, order number, purchase date, email address used for the order, product purchased, description of the issue, and a screenshot or error message where applicable.
Washington Process Group reserves the right to review each request and may require reasonable information needed to verify the transaction and reported problem.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
